However, the concept of new industrial spaces is still far from possible. Yet, as alternative scenarios, there is possibility to replicate regional systems of innovation, as well as industrial districts, and more difficult than previous, milieu innovateur. The results of the analysis and studies have shown the possibilities to replicate the model of territorial pact, for which still large efforts have to be put by the local self-government. In the analysis, I have touched upon legislative, social and economic aspects of the local territory, as well as main strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, which represent the temporary (newest) conditions in Leskovac. If the concept results in disability to be replicated, I have studied other concepts defined as “alternative scenarios”. As primary tool, I have used the Italian concept of the territorial pacts, for which I have learned during my stay in Trento. It represents an attempt to find modalities of replication of the concepts of the local territory. Through this Project Work, I have tried to make precise analysis of the local territory, the City of Leskovac, as well as elaborate the concepts of local development, with which basics I am introduced during the Master course.
